2009 State Tax Credit Donation

If you would like to donate your tax credit dollars to CVUSD programs, you may download the attached form and submit to the address listed.

Married couples filing jointly may contribute up to $400.00. Individuals may contribute up to $200.00. The form lists various programs on each campus. You may designate any of the programs listed. If the program you wish to donate to is not listed, please write it on the lines provided. We appreciate your support of CVUSD students and programs. Remember, your tax credit dollars will be returned to you at tax time.

CVMS has many clubs, athletics, leadership activities that the tax credit dollars have helped benefit. We would really appreciate you continuing to give your tax credit to CVMS.
